Terms of Use
By creating a Queuepid account you agree to these terms. They are short, please read them.
Queuepid is published from Switzerland by Gabriel De Moura, a natural person. He is the party you are contracting with. Contact:[email protected].
1. Who may use Queuepid
- You must be 18 or over. No exceptions.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and must not have been previously removed from the platform.
- You must never have been convicted of a sexual offence or of a violent crime against a person.
- One account per person. Duplicate accounts are deleted.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for the accuracy of what you publish. A profile must represent you: impersonating someone else, posting a third party's photos or lying about your age results in immediate deletion.
You can delete your account at any time from the app (Settings → Delete my account). Deletion is permanent.
3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour
Queuepid operates a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users.You may not post, send or promote:
- Any content involving a minor, in any form whatsoever.
- Nudity, sexually explicit content, or unwanted sexual solicitation.
- Harassment, threats, insults, intimidation or stalking.
- Hate speech or discrimination based on origin, skin colour, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected characteristic.
- Violence, self-harm, or the glorification of either.
- Scams, phishing, prostitution, human trafficking, or the sale of illegal goods.
- Spam, advertising, or promotion of a competing service.
- A third party's personal data published without their consent.
How we enforce it
- You can report a profile or a message from inside the app, in two taps.
- You can block anyone at any time. A blocked person disappears from your deck and can no longer contact you.
- We review every report and act within 24 hours. Sanctions range from a warning to a permanent ban, with no refund.
- Manifestly illegal content is removed as soon as we become aware of it, and reported to the authorities where the law requires.
4. What you publish stays yours
You keep ownership of your photos and text. You simply grant us a non-exclusive right to host, display and resize them for the sole purpose of operating the app. That right ends when you delete the content or your account.
We never reuse your photos for advertising or promotional purposes.
5. Queuepid Gold
What the subscription unlocks
- Unlimited likes.
- Advanced filters.
- Changing your location.
- Messaging someone without waiting for a match.
- Seeing who liked you, and matching directly.
- Putting profiles you passed back in the queue.
Billing
- The monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. The lifetime plan is a one-time payment with no renewal.
- Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelledat least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancellation is done in your App Store or Google Play account settings, not inside Queuepid. We have no control over it.
- Cancelling stops the renewal at the end of the period already paid for; it does not end access immediately.
Withdrawal and refunds
Swiss law provides no right of withdrawal for a contract concluded online: your subscription is firm from the moment you confirm the purchase.
If you reside in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw. By subscribing, you expressly request that the service start immediately and acknowledge that you lose that right once the service has been fully performed.
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple and Google under their respective policies. We cannot directly refund a purchase made through their platforms.
Changes to pricing and features
We may change the price or contents of Queuepid Gold. You will be informed at least 30 days in advance and may cancel before the change takes effect.
6. What Queuepid does not promise
- We guarantee no match, no date, and no outcome.
- We do not verify every user's identity. Selfie verification is optional and is not an absolute guarantee.
- Ranks and game libraries are self-declared. Nobody checks them.
- Stay safe. For a first date, pick a public place, tell someone where you are going, and never share banking details with someone you met on the app. Requests for money are always scams.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or delete an account that breaches these terms, without notice in case of a serious breach. A ban for objectionable content gives no right to a refund of the current period.
If you believe a decision was unjustified, write to us and we will review it.
8. Liability
Queuepid is provided as is. We are not liable for the behaviour of other users, nor for what happens during a meeting outside the app. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or for personal injury: Article 100 CO forbids it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. In case of a dispute, write to us first: most are settled in a few messages. Failing agreement, the courts of the publisher's domicile in Switzerland have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer residing in Switzerland or the European Union, this clause takes nothing away from you: you keep the benefit of the mandatory provisions of your country of residence and the option of bringing proceedings before the courts of your own domicile.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. You will be notified in the app of any significant change, and continuing to use Queuepid constitutes acceptance.
